A LITTLE KITCHEN KNOW-HOW
Shallow Fish Braising
Gently poaching fish fillets directly in a reduced aromatic tomato sauce to keep the protein tender and moist.
Notes from the kitchen
- Avoid stirring the pan after placing the fish fillets to keep the fish intact while poaching.
