A LITTLE KITCHEN KNOW-HOW
Fenugreek Oil Bloom
Frying whole fenugreek seeds briefly in hot oil to release rich, nutty aromas before adding main vegetables.
Notes from the kitchen
- Watch fenugreek seeds carefully so they turn dark golden without blackening and becoming bitter.
- Cut vegetables uniformly to ensure even cooking.
- Original home-cooking adaptation inspired by Nepalese; regional versions vary.
- Use halal-certified meat, poultry, stock, sauces, cheese and other processed ingredients. Check labels and avoid cross-contamination. Recipe screening is not halal certification.
